At Thermal Scanners our prompt and discrete service, is carried out by experienced, dedicated and highly trained Thermographers.

Our thermographers use sophisticated cameras to generate, analyse and report any concerns to our clients. When an inspection is completed and faults are identified, a number of reports are generated, including a ‘General Inspection Report’, ‘High Priority Fault Report’ and ‘Scope of Works Report’.

General Inspection Report is a meticulous document, which contains a description, location and recommendation of repair of each individual fault, laid out in a clear and precise manner.

High Priority Fault Report is used If a Highly dangerous fault is identified that is of particular interest and needs to be repaired within 24 hours. This report is supplied with in 12 hours in conjunction with an on the spot verbal warning.

Combined, these reports give a quick and comprehensive assessment of the threat, allowing the client to carry out any action necessary to avert potential disasters.Scope of Work Report is also generated for clients so that they can see exactly what equipment has been inspected, which has been found at fault, how often the inspections occur and when the next inspection should be carried out.
Our Clients receive all reports in a PDF electronic format. A paper report is available on request at no extra cost. The reports are available within 24 hours of completion of the inspection, contact our Head office for further details.
